Your profile:
Graduate (e) of a Bac + 4/5 school or university, preferably with a specialization in risk management, Bank, Finance, Audit or Consulting.
Very good writing skills
Strong adaptability
Taste for consulting, audit...
Autonomous, team spirit, rigorous, sense of respect for deadlines, detail and organized
Perfect command of office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel...)

fluency in English

Your missions:
​
We provide advice on managing all types of risks (strategic, regulatory, financial, operational and non-compliance.)
​
assistance in the conduct of audits, participation in the structuring and assembly of M&A operations,
assistance in drafting contractual and financing documentation
signing/closing organization
assistance in the revision and observation of documents and legal acts relating to social bodies
contribution regarding the project to set up the legal shop of the company (NDA, LOI, SPA/APA MOU...)
Legal due diligence and supervision of their participants
assistance in coordinating external advice,
Risk analysis, search for legal optimization sources and advice to trading teams,
schedule management, lifting of conditions suspending and closing,
Post closing aid
data and reporting

Your profile:
Holder of a M2 in Corporate or Business Law, or equivalent;
Strong corporate law knowledge;
Oral and written expression;
Authenticity, joy of life;
Proactive and teamwork;
Good command of office tools (Excel and Word);
Good knowledge of legal databases;
First experience in M&A (law firm or company) will be valued.
